Your experience counts: the PREM questionnaire
After your maternity period, you may receive an invitation to participate in the national survey into the experiences of clients, the PREM Birth Care. This is a short questionnaire of 14 questions, in which you can give your opinion about the care you have received from us, the hospital and maternity care.
At the end of your postpartum period, we explain what the PREM questionnaire entails. If you give permission, you will receive an e-mail with the questionnaire a few weeks after the birth. We really appreciate it if you fill it in.
Are you dissatisfied? We are happy to solve it!
Our goal is that you look back on our care with a good feeling. If you are not satisfied with something, please let us know. This can be done in person with the midwife or assistant. We will then schedule a moment together to talk calmly and look for a solution that suits you.
